Returns

    You have the right to return any item purchased from armarketltd within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return:
    – The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
    – The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
    – Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned:
    – Gift cards

    – Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process
    -If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please send us an email at info@armarketltd.co.uk to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

 

Shipping

  • Return Shipping
    To return your product, you should mail it to: [Return Address]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping for Exchanges
    For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@armarketltd.co.uk within 30 days of receipt with details and photographs of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.

Consumer Rights
